Pham van Dong Beach The first main beach between Son Tra and Marble Mountains. The Temple Bar is the main Beach Bar where you can have a drink, some food or stay in a nice beach studio's built right at the beach. The beach is overall not too busy.

My Khe Beach The main Beach of Da Nang where the most locals flock together in the early morning (between 4:00AM to 7:00AM) to exercise before sunrise. After that the Beach is mainly deserted and ideal for different beach sports like kite surfing, beach volleyball or any other beach sport.

Tien Sa Beach Tien Sa Beach, located on the north side of Son Tra Peninsula and close to the Da Nang port, offers a nice strip of beach with practically no tourist, and mainly some local fishing people. This beach is great if you like to retreat for a day to read a book or work on your suntan. There is one facility to have some drink or food.

Bai Bac Beach Enjoy the serenity of Bai Bac Beach! This front beach for the Intercontinental Resort is just one of the best Son Tra Beaches, with clear waters, calm waves and nice clean beach sand. If you're lucky you can spot the endangered 'hawksbill sea turtle' listed on Vietnams red list of endangered species.

Bai Nam & Bai Con Beach Bai Nam Beach is the main beach in front of the Son Tra Resort, Bai Con lies just above Bai Nam and can be reach from Bai Nam Beach. Just drive your bike up to the Son Tra Resort, order a drink and Enjoy this great little bay with calm, clear water. The prices at the Resort are just a bit above average, but provides good service and clean toilets!

Bai But Beach At the foot of Son Tra Mountain you can find the Bai But Beach, which holds some exhibitions from the vietnamese Photographers Mr My Dung and Mr Ho Xuan Bon. The Beach offers some nice huts at the beach to relax or enjoy the seafood rom the restaurant.

Bai Rang Beach Bai Rang beach will be one of your best discoveries. It is quiet, great and typically vietnamese. This place is perfect for a Sunday's vietnamese lunch at the Restaurant with a nice location to sit in a little hut above the Sea water. Just drive you're motorbike up there, explore and enjoy!

This side is less popular then the Southern beaches of danang and therefore ideal for some beach sports. Thanh Binh Beach Thanh Binh Beach is like Xuan Thieu beach less popular than all other beaches in Da nang, and probably only because these beaches lack the facilities for tourists to enjoy their beach stay. Nevertheless Thanh Binh Beach is for sure worth a visit!
